Owner/ Master Stylist

With a passion for people, I have a love for this industry we call Hairdressing.

After working in four Salons across the Waikato and Auckland, I have been given the opportunity to work with some of the industries best. Like a sponge, I have absorbed knowledge, taken on extensive training, worked with Schwarzkopf Professional on their Made to Create Team and most importantly grown a community of Industry colleagues and Salon Guests.

PINQUE, which came about for my love of PINK mixed with UNIQUENESS is such a dream come true. From 14 years old I knew I wanted to do something that made people feel good.

Mixed with my love of fashion, fun and what I have learned in my 11 years of Hairdressing I am so proud to open the doors of PINQUE for everyone to enjoy, have an escape from everyday life, feel heard, important, pampered but most importantly leave feeling inspired to life every day to the fullest.

I genuinely want to be a positive force in this industry, I want to meet, I want to train, I want to educate and I want to see happiness.

 When I’m not at work, I enjoy time with my Fiancé, Tim and our Dog, Cooper and Cat, Oliver.

We love Cars, Gardens, Friends and Family.

Hi, I’m Sophie! I absolutely love bringing your ideas to life and turning your hair goals into reality.

With over five years of experience in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside so many talented professionals, which has given me a wide range of skills and techniques to draw from. I’m always learning and staying inspired, especially in a world where trends are always evolving.

When I'm not working and the sun's out, you’ll usually find me hiking a trail or soaking up the sun with long, lazy days at the beach.

I’m excited to be part of the Birkenhead community here making your hair dreams come true!

JORDAN WADE

Emerging Talent / Colourist

Hey, I’m Jordan! I have a passion for hairdressing and I am excited to learn new skills so I can use my creativity to help achieve your hair goals.  I am especially interested in exploring new colour techniques and developing my cutting skills.

 I aim to make every client feel comfortable and cared for. I love being in an industry that’s all about making people feel confident and good about themselves.

 Outside of the salon I love going on adventures, snowboarding, 4wd driving with my friends, going to the beach and doing anything creative like art and sewing. I love fashion and makeup also.

I’m excited for what’s to come in the future and look forward to meeting you all.
