HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY APPOINTMENT WILL BE ?
Here at PINQUE we will happily work to make a plan to meet your beauty budget. This is why we will supply you with a PRE-QUOTE before every colour service. Our pricelist is also available online for your reference. Please note this online pricelist is a guide and all services are priced based on desired result, length/density of hair.

We run a cancelation list - Let us know what spot you’re hoping will come up and we will contact you if it does.
Not every appointment is displayed online. We might be able to help you if you call / email us
WHY IS THERE A DEPOSIT FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS?
We require a 25% deposit for all online bookings. This deposit is taken off your total bill at the end.
As we book out our time and cannot fill 3+ hour colour appointments with no notice, it allows us to cover some of the costs involved with “no shows”
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend an appointment will incur a 50% fee.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and no-shows mean this time cannot be reallocated, which impacts our scheduling, our stylists’ income, and prevents other clients from booking that time.
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, a 50% deposit will be required before rebooking after a missed or late-cancelled appointment.
